Customer Service and Returns Policy: You may return items sold and fulfilled by us within 30 days from the order date for a refund of total amount minus ACTUAL shipping costs which we paid to the shipping carrier in the first trip to you. Please note that the ACTUAL shipping cost could be less or more than the shipping fee you pay. These return items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item (DOA), etc.). We'll pay the return shipping costs.
All returns must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number by sending e-mail to us before returning. Any returned package without RMA # will be refused.
Items with a value of $50 or more must be returned using a traceable shipping method. Items valued more than $100 must also be insured.
If the returned item is in bad condition, an up to 10% restocking fee may be charged.
